Computer Integrated Systems Design

Course sheets, paddy notes
and student letters

GROW

KunMing ChengHeXue E-Commerce Co., Ltd. keeps a working field classroom where computer integrated systems design is taught the way a paddy is tended, patiently and in rows. From Room 904, 9/F, Block A, Guofang Building, No 46 Wuyi Road, Wuhua District, KunMing City - 650000, China (CN), the HarvestLearn desk issues course sheets, gathers paddy notes and answers student letters. Walk the seedling rows to see how each service runs.

The desk and its work

A classroom that behaves like a field

HarvestLearn began as a set of hand-kept lesson folders for people learning to plan, integrate and look after computer systems. The habit stuck. Today KunMing ChengHeXue E-Commerce Co., Ltd. still writes every course sheet by hand at the start of a term, still keeps paddy notes for each engagement, and still answers student letters one by one. Nothing is dropped into a template and left to grow on its own.

Our work sits inside computer systems design and related professional services. We help teams turn a loose set of tools into one coherent system, then teach the people who will run it how to keep the rows straight. You can read the full list on the services page, or send a first note through the contact desk.

The field rule. Every engagement begins with a course sheet, every week produces a paddy note, and every term closes with a lesson review round. Students always know where their work stands because the desk writes it down.

A single engagement usually runs one term, roughly twelve working weeks, and is scoped so the harvest is visible at the end. Small desks get small plots. Larger programmes are broken into several terms with a review between each one, so the ground is never turned faster than it can settle.

H

Course Sheet Bays Field row

Each engagement opens with a written course sheet that lays out the scope, the rows of work and the harvest expected at the end. The bay holds the sheet, the revision trail and every signed change.

L

Paddy Note Runs Field row

Short weekly notes record what was planted, what sprouted and what needs weeding. Every note is dated, tied to a course sheet line and delivered to the people who asked for it.

C

Student Letter Desks Field row

Questions from learners, staff and partners land at one desk and receive one written answer. The letter desk keeps the thread so nobody has to explain the same problem twice.

K

Term Windows Field row

Fixed windows decide when the desk takes new work and when it closes the field for review. Windows keep the calendar honest and give every team a clear start and a clear finish.

P

Lesson Review Rounds Field row

At the end of a term the whole class sits down with the paddy notes. The round records what worked, what was wasted and what the next term should carry forward.

G

Field Sittings Field row

Some lessons cannot travel by letter. A field sitting places the desk beside the client team for a day or two, working through the system on the ground rather than on a call.

KunMing ChengHeXue E-Commerce Co., Ltd. opens its term window for new field classroom work, and every new row begins with a written course sheet before a single line of system design is drawn.

How the six rows fit together

From first note to final review

The six services are not separate products stacked on a shelf. They follow one another through the term. A course sheet opens the plot and tells everyone what is being planted. Paddy notes run through the middle weeks so progress is visible without a meeting. Student letters arrive whenever a learner hits a snag, and the letter desk routes each one back to the right row. Term windows decide when new ground may be turned. Lesson review rounds close the loop, and field sittings step in when a problem is easier to solve face to face.

Because the desk handles computer integrated systems design, the work ranges from planning a small internal tool to stitching several vendors into one coordinated classroom system. Whatever the size, the paperwork is the same: a sheet, a run of notes, a review, and a written answer to every question. Clients who want to start small usually take a single course sheet and one paddy note run, then extend after the first lesson review round.

What the desk does well

Lessons learned in the rows

The field classroom sits inside the professional, scientific and technical services sector, and most of our work supports teams that are teaching, documenting or integrating computer systems. Over several terms the desk has settled into a few habits that clients notice.

Who the desk serves

Small classrooms, large campuses

Most clients come from training teams, internal tooling groups and partner companies that need computer systems joined into one teachable whole. Some arrive with a single spreadsheet and a plan; others bring a dozen tools that never spoke to each other. The desk treats both the same way, with a course sheet and a steady run of paddy notes.

We also serve teams that simply need a second pair of eyes on a system before a term starts. A short lesson review round can be booked on its own, without a full course sheet, when the aim is a clear written opinion rather than a rebuild.

Every client receives the same written records at the end of a term, which is useful when the people who ran the original class move on. The notes survive the team, and the next group can pick up the rows without retracing old ground.

The desk itself

Where the work is written

HarvestLearn keeps a single field desk at Room 904, 9/F, Block A, Guofang Building, No 46 Wuyi Road, Wuhua District, KunMing City - 650000, China (CN). It is not a large office and it is not meant to be. The bin by the door holds the course sheets for the current term, and the rail above the desk holds the paddy notes waiting for a review round.

Visitors are welcome by arrangement. Write to learn@harvestlearn.buzz or call +17693042919 during business hours and the desk will find a window. If travel is not possible, a field sitting can usually be run from the client site instead, which often works better anyway.
